Maine High Adventure Area
June 25 - July 8, 2007
The Maine High Adventure trek led three crews into the vast back country of Northern
Maine. Each crew selected their activities including: canoeing, white water and climbing
Mt. Kahtadin. One crew climbed to the top of Mt. Katahdin.
Matagamon High Adventure Base camp was located
at the northeast corner of Baxter State Park, on
Grand Lake Matagamon.

Goshen Lenhok'sin
July 14 - July 21, 2007
The 970 Lenhok'sin crew spent a wonderful week backpacking around Lake
Merriwether at NCAC's camp in the southwestern Virginia Mountains.

Goshen Camp Bowman
July 21 to July 28, 2007
Troop 970 sent a large contingent of scouts to Goshen summer camp. A lot of work
was done for rank advancements and merit badges but mostly a lot of FUN was
had by all.
